Nicholas Roersma is a corporate and transaction attorney focusing on business formation, governance, taxation, regulation and all types of commercial contracts. This focus harnesses Mr. Roersma's  summa cum laude dual-degree in economics and mathematics from Wabash College. Mr. Roersma is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. Before joining WY&R, Mr. Roersma gained research and advocacy skills as a clerk for a federal magistrate and by analyzing potential evidence for complex commercial litigation in private practice. Mr. Roersma is a member of the Michigan and Oakland County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in Illinois.
